Absolutely—new construction is one of our specialties. We offer Architectural Design, Interior Selections, and Furnishing Design for your entire home.
Working Together
How involved will I be in the process?
As involved as you’d like! We offer both hands-on and hands-off options, always aiming for collaboration and client input.
What makes an ideal KHH client?

How does project communication work?
Clients have access to our team via a text app and online portal. We provide weekly updates and keep communication streamlined and transparent.

How much should I budget for design services?
Every project is unique. Our New Client Consultation outlines expectations based on your needs and scope.
How long will the design process take?
It depends on your project. Consultations are quick; larger projects can take months or longer. We also work with long-term, repeat clients!
Contractors & Collaborators
Can you refer me to a good contractor? Painter? Etc.?
Yes—we have a list of trusted pros we’re happy to share, though you’re free to choose who you work with.
Will you work with my existing contractor?
Absolutely. We’re happy to collaborate with anyone you’ve already hired and trust.
Style & Personalization
What if I have pieces that I want to keep? Can you work around them?
Definitely! We’ll discuss your existing pieces during the design phase and work to incorporate them seamlessly.
Can you use any of my existing furniture?
Yes! We love honoring your home’s story by using heirlooms or high-quality pieces you already own.
I don’t know what style I want – can you still help?
That’s our specialty. Through your questionnaire and inspiration images, we’ll help define your personal style and vision.
Purchasing & Furnishing
How does furniture purchasing work?
For Full-Service Furnishing, we handle all purchasing. For Construction or Virtual clients, you (or your team) will handle product orders.
